Our teak furniture is produced by certified teak that is grown for the purpose and not devastated from delicate rainforest. As one of the most durable woods, teak contains a lot of oil that is usual needed so that the material does not crack. Because the type of wood contains naturally a lot, the furniture does not need to be impregnated as often.

However, if you want to keep the color, you need to treat the furniture with a special oil. Make sure the surface is properly wiped so that dust and dirt do not get stuck under the oil. We recommend that you oil your furniture before use, for the first time the underside of the table top should also be impregnated to reduce the risk of cracking, because the side of the table that has been oiled swells litigant. The living material means that variations in both color and vein, which in turn make each furniture unique. Wipe up liquid that is spilled - directly. When the furniture is out in the summer, they are exposed to both weather and wind, which in turn can induce black mold.
